The Irish Talent Team are excited to invite applications for their 2022 rider development program. This is a fantastic opportunity for lads and ladies between the ages of ten and fourteen to join our program for the 2022 season. Our program is all about developing the rider and will focus on coaching young talent in all the key areas that will prepare you for the next steps in your racing career. Each rider has different needs and areas that we need to focus on developing and our team has the experience and knowledge to unlock your potential.

Our plan is to have 2 riders compete in the 2022 FIM MiniGP Ireland Series with a competitive package. We will have your bike perfectly prepared in our workshop before each event and transported to the circuit where we will have our pit box set up for the weekend. The only costs you the rider will need to cover is your entries, tyres and fuel.

As with the Red Bull Rookies program we will consider riders from any discipline – Tarmac, Trials, Moto-X, Mini bike etc. As this is a development program your background certainly does not need to be on tarmac.
